Board and Staff

Shari DePalma is an experienced not-for-profit affordable housing developer who has completed over 500 rental, homeownership, and special needs units during her 25 years in the field. Madeline Corporation is the 501(C)(3) organization she helped founded in 1995 for the sole purpose of providing safe, affordable housing for families, seniors, and special needs individuals.

Shari serves as a member of the New Jersey Community Development Association, and the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey, and is on the Board of Directors of the Alliance Against Homelessness of Bergen County, Inc.
