Madeline Corporation is a not-for-profit 501C 3 affordable housing developer, certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), and recognized as a developer of choice by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. Our mission is to create safe, decent residential housing opportunities and provide programs that improve the quality of life for low and moderate-income persons and families.

We offer full-service development expertise including, property acquisition, tax credits, commercial and government financing, new construction, revitalization, property management, and first-time homebuyer education for families and individuals fulfilling the American Dream of owning their own home.

We approach each development with the specific goals and needs of the community in mind. Our architectural designs are in harmony with the existing neighborhood. We hire experienced local firms as contractors who know the community best and who can maximize local job creation. And, we deliver projects on time and under budget.
