Special Needs Housing
We build award-winning special needs housing for individuals with disabilities who, with appropriate support services can live independently. Orchard Commons, a 10-unit development we built in Allendale, NJ received the Governor’s Excellence in Housing Award for Best Supportive Housing in 2010.
Affordable Rentals
We build rental housing for seniors, individuals and families with limited incomes. Our developments are attractive, well constructed and remarkably affordable. They stand the test of time and are managed to add to our residents' quality of life. Residents and their needs are always our first prority.
First-time Homebuyers
We build homes that families can afford. Our redevelopment efforts have enlivened entire neighborhoods and created opportunities for hard-working families of limited income to gain an equity stake in the community, pride of ownership, and the social stability of having a home of your own.
